Postgraduate Researcher

I am approaching the completion of my MSc Health Psychology at the University of Derby. My research explores body image in women with cancer. I am also fascinated about general health and lifestyle choices and how they can have an affect on mental health and wellbeing. In my current role as a mental health support worker, I support service users with various psychological needs. I intend to progress into becoming a Clinical Psychologist and hope to work in a psycho–oncology service. I very much appreciate the beauty of natural surroundings, and I often travel with my partner to different destinations like the Lake District.
